Social Marketing Applied to Economic Reforms

    Social marketing uses the tools of commercial marketing to seek behaviour change. Awareness of the ideas and terminology can be a useful addition to the toolkit of PPD practitioners. This article discusses the principles of social marketing with reference to the efforts of the Bulldozer Initiative in Bosnia to change attitudes among entrepreneurs, legislators and the general public.
