The Senegalese Government, with the support of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), has established a program whose main objective is to promote and strengthen the growth and competitiveness of Senegalese SMEs. The program aims to do this by supporting the implementation of national policies for the promotion of SMEs, as well as the implementation and the monitoring systems of legislative acts aiming at the support of SMEs. The program also aims at removing specific constraints which impact the business climate at the national level and it also supports the implementation of frameworks of dialogue (PPD).
