This study aims to measure the results and effectiveness of the 2009 stock of country-level Public Private Dialogue (PPD) Forums sponsored by the World Bank Group (WBG) which focus on private sector development and financial sector policy issues. The assessment looks at the different implementation modes used and their associated risks, the degree of coordination with other WBG and development partner activities in the same country, and the level of global and regional support and guidance provided to these initiatives.
